Dr. Urs Rüegsegger
Group CEO
Dr Urs Rüegsegger has been the CEO of Swiss Financial Market Services AG since beginning of
2008. Prior to this, he held the position of Head of the Executive Committee of St. Galler
Kantonalbank. He joined the bank in 1993 as Head of Controlling, Accounting and Risk Management
and was appointed to the Executive Committee in 1997. In 2000 he took charge of the IPO
project, which was successfully launched in 2001. As Head of the Executive Committee of
St. Galler Kantonalbank he also held various positions with the Association of Swiss Cantonal
Banks since 2001.
After completing his business studies at the University of St. Gallen, Urs Rüegsegger started
his career at Swiss Re in the area of IT. He was deeply involved in the development of
commercial applications and the restructuring of Swiss Re's service branch. He transferred to
St. Galler Kantonalbank in late 1993 after assuming financial responsibility for Audatex,
the international subsidiary group.

Christoph Bigger
CEO ad interim Division Cash Markets
Under the umbrella of Swiss Financial Market Services, Christoph Bigger bears ad interim responsibility
for the Cash Markets Division of Swiss Financial Market Services. The companies included in the division
are the SWX Swiss Exchange, its London-based subsidiary SWX Europe, as well as market data provider
EXFEED. In addition, the SWX Swiss Exchange operates the extremely successful joint venture, Scoach, the
first Europe-wide securities exchange organisation to specialise in structured products, as well as
Stoxx, Europe's leading index provider, and Swiss Fund Data.
Christoph Bigger is also responsible for the Business Development & Operations operating unit.
Christoph Bigger joined the SWX Swiss Exchange in 2004 as Head of Strategic Business Development and
was the responsible project head for the Scoach joint venture. His previous professional career led
Christoph Bigger to various management functions at Bank Leu AG, Credit Suisse First Boston and
Clearstream Banking Luxemburg. Subsequently, he joined online broker DAB Bank AG, where he was in
charge of the company's foreign subsidiaries in Paris and Zurich. Christoph Bigger studied business
management and jurisprudence, graduating from the University of Fribourg and being admitted to the
bar exam in canton St. Gallen.

Marco Strimer
CEO Division Securities Services a.i.
Marco Strimer has been in charge of the Clearing, Settlement and Custody Services division of
Swiss Financial Market Services on an ad interim basis since 1 April 2008. This division
includes the SIS SegaInterSettle, SIS x-clear, SAG SIS Aktienregister and SIS Systems business
units. Both SIS SegaInterSettle and SIS x-clear have banking status and orient their business
activities mainly towards the European market. SAG, which is well known throughout Switzerland,
offers innovative services in the areas of share register administration and the organisation
of shareholder meetings. Marco Strimer gained his international banking experience at a major
Swiss bank during a four-year assignment abroad. In 1994, he became Head of Customer Services &
Quality Assurance at the former INTERSETTLE. Following that company's merger with SEGA to become
SIS SegaInterSettle AG in May 1999, Marco Strimer took over as head of the Marketing division,
which since 2004 also includes the Custodian Network unit. On 1 January 2002, he became a member
of the Management Committee of SIS SegaInterSettle AG. Marco Strimer has been CEO of SIS x-clear
AG since March 2005. On 1 April 2008, he took over as the ad interim head of the Securities
Services division of Swiss Financial Market Services AG as well as CEO of SIS Systems AG.

Marc Carletti
CEO Division Financial Information
Marc Carletti is responsible for the international financial information business. With around
1,300 employees and branches in 22 countries all over the world, Financial Information is the
largest division within Swiss Financial Market Services.
Until end of 2007, Marc Carletti was CEO of Telekurs Financial Information Ltd., a company
specialised in the acquisition, refinement and distribution of international financial
information. Before joining Telekurs, he was employed at Reuters from 1987 to 2007. His last
positions at Reuters were President of Reuters Financial Software in Paris and Managing
Director Reuters France. He began his employment at Reuters as a Sales Manager, then became
a Marketing Manager at branches in Zurich, Geneva, Madrid and Frankfurt and later on was a
Managing Director in Mexico, Switzerland and Austria.
He has a master's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of
Geneva and began his career in 1981 at Banque Paribas in Geneva. In 1995, he expanded his knowledge
of Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategy at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
Marc Carletti is a Member of Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris and is a speaker at
national and international financial conferences.

Hans-Martin Moser
CEO Division Multipay
Within Swiss Financial Market Services, Hans-Martin Moser is the head of Switzerland's leading
sales and marketing organisation for acceptance and smooth settlement of card-based payment means.
From 2004 until end of 2007, he was CEO of Telekurs Multipay Ltd. and a Member of the
Management Committee of the Telekurs Group. After a commercial education and completion of the
School of Management and Economy in Bern, Hans-Martin Moser started his career in 1979 as a
Brand Manager with Jacobs Café AG. Later, he was Group Brand Manager, Head of Sales and Marketing
for Food Services and Trade Marketing Director at Jacobs Suchard Tobler AG. In 1997, he transferred
to Hero AG as Head of Sales and Assistant Managing Director. In 2001, he transferred to Dannemann
AG as CEO Switzerland.

Felix Aeschlimann
CEO Division Cards & Payments
The division of Swiss Financial Market Services run by Felix Aeschlimann is responsible for
the processing of card-based payment transactions using credit, debit and client cards as well as
for the settlement of interbank payments, the LSV direct debit business and for PayNet, the
network for settlement of electronic invoices.
From 2003, Felix Aeschlimann was CEO of Telekurs Card Solutions Ltd. and Member of the
Management Committee of the Telekurs Group. From 1997 to 2003, he was a Member of the
Management Committee of Systor AG. For a brief period he was employed at Accenture
Technology Solutions Inc.
From 1973 to 1994 he was Head of IT Development at the Union Bank of Switzerland. In this
capacity, he managed the International Division in Basel, Zurich, Luxembourg and London.
Later he became a Member of the Managing Board and transferred to the Service and Consulting Centre.
After a commercial education at the Union Bank of Switzerland, Felix Aeschlimann was employed at
the computer centre. In 1971 and 1972, he gained experience as a programmer at the Royal Bank
of Canada.
Felix Aeschlimann is a Member of the Board of Finance Forum Management AG.

Robert Bornträger
CEO Division IT & Logistics
Robert Bornträger is responsible for the development and operation of the entire infrastructure
(IT Services and Facility Services) of Swiss Financial Market Services.
From 2005 until end of 2007, he was CEO of Telekurs Services Ltd. and Member of the
Management Committee of the Telekurs Group. Previously, he was Managing Director of Integralis
Schweiz AG for a brief period and subsequently Chief Information Officer of Swiss International
Air Lines. From 1998 to 2001 he was a Member of the Management Committees of Swisscargo Ltd.
and Cargologic Ltd. From 1992 to 1998, he was based in Sweden and Hungary as Managing Director
of Swissair AG.
During the time he studied for Master of Science in IT and Business Administration at the
University of Zurich, Robert Bornträger worked as a programmer and analyst at Eldag Informatik AG.
In 1986, he transferred to Swissair's IT unit, where he was a consultant, instructor and
software engineer.

Ursula C. La Roche-Ender
Group CFO
As Group CFO, Ursula C. La Roche-Ender heads the Finance & Risk division of Swiss
Financial Market Services. In this function, she is responsible for the financial and
risk management of the Group. Prior to her current post, Ursula C. La Roche-Ender was
Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Committee of the Telekurs Group
since April 2007. She studied at the University of Fribourg/Göttingen (lic. phil.) and
University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG). Her professional career took her first to the
Telekurs Group from 1992 to 1997, where she was last responsible for the financial
accounting office. After close to six years with Credit Suisse Private Banking as Head
of Financial Accounting and the Credit Suisse Group's Treasury and Capital Management
department, she returned to Telekurs in 2003 to take over as Head of Finance &
Controlling for the Telekurs Group.
